Photographer’s Note
Something a bit different today - as from me.
But I liked this setting of the girl and her dog apperently going in the direction of Perpignan.
To be seen in the little village of Collioure a silent day in January..

Hello Jack,

Hello Jack
Good sepia tones warm the image somewhat, & enhance the superb b&w tonal range & contrast. Excellent sharpness & pov. Tfs!

Salut,
Très belle composition et traitement N&B. J'adore. L'exposition à f10 est bien chosi pour garder les enseignes lisibles.

Hi Jack. Yes, Perpignan seems where they are headed. A nice take with the young woman walking her dog. Good composition placing the two on the left side of the frame. Good choice to go b&w and strengthen the impact of the contrasting setting with the shadows.

salut jack
le choix du N&B était il judicieux ici je ne sait pas, le cadrage lui il est car la direction du personnage nous dirige dans la zone d'ombre, bien vu

Black&White was a right choice.

The girl with the dog and on the end behind the directions signs, this is a very good composition. -:))
Half of them show the left direction, the other the oposite direction.
I think that the girl brougth the dog to the right direction!? -:)
Very good seen Jack.
Thanks very much.

Hei Jack,
Nice photo, I like your choise of B/W for this photo, I allso like the calm feel to this place. (Usually when I see photos from the streets of France I see hevily traficed streets of Paris...) So this is a welcome change. TFS.

This picture is full of secrets! The woman's face is invisible, and where she is going is also a secret (though you insist she's going to Perpignan) and what is that behind the woman casting the shadow in front of her... - These are the questions that the composition makes me ask myself... B&W enhances the mood of secrecy... The high contrast makes the pic look old. Though the weather is sunny it feels cold, due to contrast and the woman's clothes.
