Photographer’s Note

This photo was taken inside the European Court of Human Rights, looking up a staircase (3 floors and the roof).

We visited a hearing on an adoption by a single mother in Luxembourg this morning.

The building looks very interesting, but is rather small: there's a sort of basement (where this shot was taken) where you can leave your coats and bags, there's another level/floor which is the entrance and the top level (of the 3 floors) is the courtroom. The offices are located in a building next to this building (will show that in another picture tomorrow).

Minor postprocessing to brighten up the scene a bit.
