I guess I never realized there were so many pyramids (I always assumed there was only one based on the pictures I have seen). Are they all identical? Anyways, I like how you showed the entire area--in a way, its a unique shot. Looks like a gorgeous day.
Great composition showing a play of the modernity of the glass pyramids against the majestetic and old Louvre building. Nice to have some human reference in the far coming towards your camera.
The main, larger pyramid, was an inspiring force for Dan Brown to write "The da Vinci Code". Does it mean that he will write a book for every single pyramid? ;-)

The Louve makes a fascinating subject, with the combination of the ultra modern glass pyramids and the baroque facade of the palace. This is one of the best shots I've seen of this place, as you got some really interesting angles, and the colour/contrast is wonderful. I like the walkway running straight up the middle, leading us right into the scene. Bravo!

I like the depth in here. The path leads deep guiding your eye from one glass structure to the other, and then the building itself. Superb quality, the sky also adds much to it.
Well done!

Hi Robin,
I have seen many photos from this famous place already, but this one is really good - the closed composition and combination of different styles included is well chosen, well done!
Take care, Ivana
great sky. the pyramids just reflect the colour in a splendid way.
