Photographer's Note

I took this photo at the Promenade d'Anglais in Nice on my "bonus" day given to me by Delta Airlines when they cancelled my flight home to Atlanta. There are certainly worse places to have to spend an extra day!

I just looked at the uploaded photo, it looks completely digitized and I can't figure out why! Any ideas?

Your file has only 80Kb. This means you compressed it too much and it may have lost a lot of information. JPEG is a lossy file, the more you compress the more you lost. Try to produce a file closer to the allowed limit of 200Kb. Colors are washed out, maybe due to this compression. Even so, some edition could improve your picture. I've done a workshop.

Composition is nice.
