Photographer’s Note

I have seen but many sorrows and poverty in this long valley of tears, but never, O Brothers, such a poor miserable scene : a modern carriage's repair with not a lesser modern way of what you may find on handy to keep on trucking....
I hope this fellow is not intending to depart for his Holly Days across Mittel Europa or any richer countries than France on highways with this wretched squalid Iron-horse, I would gladly let him rest on my property untill his pockets get full of daub again before his departure to a better life. Amen.

Joli coup d'oeil, une vision juste et en opposition du gai Paris ou des cartes postales... je reviens de Paris ou parfois j'ai un envie de photographier certains de ces aspects, mais voyage de provincial oblige ce sont les monuments que je ramène :-)
