Photographer’s Note
The Vosgean race is a bovine race of a remarkable robustness, excellent walker on all the grounds and more particularly the difficult reliefs. Very good transformer of coarse fodder, not very sensitive to the abrupt variations in temperature, it is adapted perfectly to the breeding in mountain. It is famous for the production of a balanced milk, rich in Useful Matters and perfectly adapted to the production of top-of-the-range cheese: the MUNSTER. The Vosgean one in addition produces a meat of excellent quality sought by the professionals of the meat.

Excellent point de vue. J'aurai juste mis encore moins de profondeur de champs. Mais déjà là, c'est saisissant.
