Photographer’s Note
There is a winding walk leading to a garden above the Palais des Papes in Avignon. It had a few obstacles, mainly this fallen tree trunk, very attractive to children. This little boy had gone up it on all fours like a monkey, got almost to the end, realized that he couldn't get up the wall and stopped to consider how to get down. It was quite a jump. He paused just long enough for me to take this photo and for his father to come and offer to help him down. He did jump but with a little assistance on the landing by his father.
ISO 100, focal length 41.3 mm cropped to remove distraction.

Although there are some quality troubles (noise, levels, sharpening... maybe camera settings?), I like it. People without posing, in daily scenes, are difficult tasks.
Anyway, the composition is very good.
Cheers!

(by the way: you have a stunning portfolio here in TE. I'll be back!)
