Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken at a restaurant : 'Le Florimont' above Gex. The single inn lost on the road leading to the next valley. I love its wooden style. In gex, the city below, no house does look like this. They are much more made of brick and mortar (less expensive and more modern). I think this building was made respecting the spirit of the place (swiss looking). From there, you have a great view on the Geneva lake and on the MontBlanc. I had a delicious 'Fondue Savoyarde' (meal made of melted cheese in which you dip bread) made with the blue cheese of Gex.

I love those shutters! The tight pattern of the shingles add a hypnotic effect. Good note.

A fine and tranquile study of a well decorated window. The only improvement I can think of is if you could crop it less centered.

I really like all those diferent colours and shades. The green from the window next to the brown roof works very well.
