Photographer’s Note
I took this picture on a holiday in Paris. Figured that this point of view would be rather creative, but somehow the photo got blurred, and there seems to be some noise in the air.
Can anyone tell me how I can help that get away?

Using a diagonal line rather than simply looking up at the tower is a good idea. You have also filled the space to the left nicely with the tree. I can only assume that the lens was dirty as this comes from a digital camera. My immediate thought was that it must be a print scanned on a dirty scanner.
I have done some work on the picture and posted a workshop.

Nice Photo Lieke. I don't like that the Paris 2012 Ville Candiate is on the Eiffel Tower. It takes away from the architecture.
Other than that, good shot.
Keep up the good work and keep posting!

Hi Lieke - nice compo - well captured - I'm not sure but the photo is not blurred and not noisy - I think as Keith : your lens are dirty (or if you get a digital reflex, you have dusts on the CCD captor) and the shot is a little underexposed -
for the noise, the better free software is neat image (you can download at www.neatimage.com).
Thanks for sharing

Hi Lieke,
I love the POV here and the light, I would have clone out the drops on the window anyway...
