According to Eric(eleparc) there is not enough contrast
I made a WS with (curves tool) and wonder what the rest is thinking ( I have a new screen maybe it is too bright)

Impressive portrait, B/W choise makes it strong.

I love his expression Ishai, a very well taken daily life photo. I also like the constrast level of the B&W. I feel myself like him sometimes. Take care.
i quite like this one for the subject but once again you have not enough contrasts. why don't you try to adjust it through PS? apart from that, i find the scene delightful! and so calming!

very interestin face, good shoot in good moment,B&W in big plus, but in my opinion frame is too big ;P
