Photographer’s Note
Quadripartite vaults in monks'refectory- abbey of Noirlac ( Region of Berry ).
The Cistercian Abbey of Noirlac was established in 1136 by a group of twelve monks from Clairvaux led by Robert ( one of the disciples of St Bernard who had helped set up Clairvaux with him in 1113 ).

Pierre,
Nicely done. The Composition is the best part here I like. The two pillars are right on the corners.Any shift in angle would not have given the pic this dynamic look as the other curves would also have been unevenly composed. And could have adjusted the brightness level in the right corners of the pic. Great job and thanks for sharing.

Hello,
This is quite good photo but for me it doesn't show the pure beauty of this vault. This composition could be better :) But the photo is nice :)
Best Regards,

Hello,
Amateur d'architecture religieuse et médievale, je note cette image qui me parle beaucoup plus que la girafe (toutefois très belle). La composition est très réussie. Les 2 pilier sont idéalement plaçé. J'aime beaucoup le jeu des nervures et des arches.
Bien vu.
