1981 four 'afficionados' started to save and restore this castle, famous for its Louis XIII interior; considered as one of the most sumptuous in France for this period.

The gilded appartement; furniture, paintings and tapestries of the period show the luxery of that time.

Park and maze with surrounding pools invite for a walk

Good idea using the reflection here. Form the thumb I thogh it was a flock of birds around the rooves, like something out of a Gothic film.

Salut Knut,
Quand j'ai regardé la vignette je me suis demandé "C'est quoi ces trucs dans le ciel?".
Et puis lorsque j'ai ouvert la grande image j'ai compris qu'il s'agissait d'un reflet et j'ai trouvé ça génial! J'adore le résultat avec le bas du château qui est flou. Je trouve juste un peu dommage que la cheminée soit tronquée en haut... mais c'est pas grave!

PS. I Think you have to change the title, because the reflect have to be in the title if you want people open the vignette.

Le reflet direct c'est une bonne idée et une belle réalisation, l'effet avec les feuilles qui flottent donne une bonne abiance.
j'aime bien aussi les tonalités des couleurs, qui comme le cadrage donnent une idée d'image réelle.

A clever reflection. The detail is amazing. The interspersed leaves provide quite the ambience, and I like the blurred portion in the right foreground. A great job in framing and cropping to capture this scene. Well done.

je me demandais bien ce qu'étaient les petites choses dans le ciel... les reflets dans l'eau sont si calmes qu'on dirait un vrai miroir. Bien travaillée cette composition ! J'ai entendu parler de ce château mais c'est la 1ère fois que je le vois ! merci à toi
