Photographer’s Note

A late afternoon Papagolfade in the small village "Saint Point Lac" situated in the french side of the Jura mountains near Pontarlier.

As in many villages of the region, the church tower has a typically shaped roof called "Clocher Comtois" from the name of the region "Franche-Comté". In the foreground the monument to the victims of wars brings the national colors very close to the church (in France government and church are separated).

For those not so much interested in church architecture the "Fruitière a Comté" is just a few steps away and it's open everyday ;-)
