Photographer’s Note
This is the end of the holidays and I can come back and post some of my pictures taken during this period.
This one let me think about a overwhelming guitar player, Al di Meola, who've played a great music part called Mediterranean Sundance with this representative spanish tones.
So I let you imagine me viewing this landscape and playing the Di Meola music in my head :)
This picture was taken in the village of Leucate, a very well known place for holidays makers and for funboarders. This one of the most windy places in Europe.
And these clouds let us imagine the day after : strong winds (40 knots - 50mph). A real pleasure on the various water plans available at Leucate. You can see one of them in the bottom of the frame and windmills in the left.
I hope you'll like it.

The upper half of the photo looks great, but the lower one looks a bit dull, to be honest. If it were completely black or still a bit sunlit it would look better...
But then again, often you cannot do anything about it...
Well, actually, you could have pointed the camera more sky-wards, as if part of the bottom were cropped away.
The photo is still nice, but not quite in the same league as your others - I must say your portfolio is pretty impressive!

Hi David,
I agree with Frank that in the lower part of the picture is missing something. But anyway the upper part with beautiful sun rays and nice colourful sky deserves all my apreciation.

Bonsoir mon ami David,
Philippe

Salut David
I like the sunrays, & the superb warm cold opposition, between the blue & yellow. Also attractive is the contrast between the blue mts at left & darker, foreground hill at right. C'est tres bon travail!

Bonjour David,
Amicalement, Brigitte

Salut Daive,
Really dramatic catch of sky here. Excellent compo with the front still visible and the full details of clouds as well.
Great job. TFS.

A+
