Photographer’s Note

I saw him in a small France vilage. There was an alternative market with "healty vegetables"etc. He was teaching children to make caligraphy.
I just like the artistic face and wanted to make him "world famous".

Hi Hendrik,
A colorful portrait, with the sunlight adding an additional play. Well seen ! I would have liked to see a bit more his eyes, as he seems very concentrated, but you couldn't do against the reflections.

Be carefull to your sharpening, some edges are visible. :o)

In zekere zin een portret. Met een typisch Frans petje; hij heeft ook trekken van een traditioneel religieuze jood.
Mooie foto, zo in rood/oranje.

What a charachter. An excellent composition of colors and black. The only thing that I would change is the frame, but don't get me wrong, it's beautiful, Hendrik.

...En dank U voor de correcties. In het Frans zou ik hebben gezegd "Merci, vous êtes un chou!" - En met "chou" wordt hier niet 'n kooltje bedoeld maar 'n soesje... :o)
