Photographer’s Note
This is the entrance pyramide to Musee du Louvre with the old building in the background. This contrast demands to be photographed as I have seen several examples of on this site, but none of the others (that I saw) did it quite this way, so I post it anyways.
The picture suffers a bit from it's age and the scan, I tried to better it in PS with levels, colorbalance and saturation, if you have any ideas for improvements, please feel free to do a WS.

Wonderful composition, Mattias. The beautiful facade of the Louvre is well seen through the pyramide, and form a very interesting puzzle.
Very good job.

when I first saw it, I confess that my feeling was "oh, another louvre and the pyramid shot", but this is really adifferent one. I like that the old Louvre is completelly covered by the Pey's Pyramid, making it distorted. Maybe we could uniformize soe colors, like the sky next to the pyramid borders. I'll post a Workshop.

This is good. We have seen those building beside each other many times but this view is so much smarter. Maybe I would have made a little darker(?)
