Photographer’s Note
This is the second picture from my peregrination through the park of the Tuileries and the Louvre. As for the first picture, I?ve used the Fujifilm MX-2700 camera borrowed from friend. This camera doesn?t seem to be adapted for night shot. It does generate a lot of noise and artefacts that I had to suppress with NeatImage.
This picture is the nocturnal version of Zandra (zto)?s picture of the same place.

Very nice night shot, the lamps are too bright but this is the best you could I believe.
I love the sharp details and composition!

Lovely night shot. I don't mind the lanterns being so bright, I think it works in this shot. The reflections in the ground looks great, good thing the pavement was wet. Focus and DOF was perfect, composition good.

I really like this photo Romain, and I can't understand why it's only received 2 comments (out of almost 300 views). The exposure is spot on, the detail and light fall on the footpath is very nice, and the columns and streetlamps provide a good perspective/depth to the shot. Well done

I too really like this shot. Night shots are hard and I agree that the bright lamps are just fine...lights are meant to be bright. The detail is great and your colors are wonderful and very attractive.
My only critique might be a crop that took out the street below the sphere? I also might have burned out the three lights in the upper left. they are a bit distracting and if they were darkened out of existance, they would not be missed.
