Photographer’s Note

Taken at Strasbourg Cathedral on a very cold foggy day
I have tweaked it a little in Photoshop to remove the blown out sky and adjusted the contrast/ brightness to recreate the murkiness of the day plus tried to give it that doom laden feeling that this type of weather brings to us all., the framing is also here to emphasize the angles to this historic building

Pris à la cathédrale de Strasbourg un jour brumeux très froid je l'ai tordue peu dedans un Photoshop pour enlever soufflé hors du ciel et ajusté le contraste/éclat pour recréer le murkiness du jour plus éprouvé pour le donner que le sentiment chargé de sort malheureux que ce type de temps nous apporte tous, encadrer doit également ici souligner les angles avec ce bâtiment historique

Excellent travail. L'angle est très bon et cette contre-plongée magnifie l'édifice. L'usage du noir et blanc est très bienvenu ici. A remarquer qu'il n'y a aucune distorsion du à un éventuel effet de perspective ou de défaut des lentilles : très appréciable... Bravo.

Triangles on triangles, great black and whitesm textures and shades, as well as MOOD. There is a palpable admosphere here, very well portrayed.

You used here a really interesting perspective, Roland. Quite good usage of B/W, for a sharp and clean image. This picture really works for me.
