The An-2 is a biplane polyvalent single-engined aircraft conceived by the constructive office Antonov. It made its first flight on August 31st, 1947 and was produced in more than 18 000 copies in USSR, Poland, China and Colombia. Demanding the title of bigger biplane single-engined aircraft in the world, this robust, economic apparatus and of easy maintenance, flew under almost all sky of the planet and in the most various roles: passengers' transport, freighter or of farm work, parachutists' transport, health transport, conflict against fire, seaplane, photographic, meteorological exploration... Numerous copies are in a fit state even of flight today and perform flights of tourism during air meetings.
