Belle station balnéaire nichée au pied d'une impressionnante falaise(cap canaille),Cassis séduit par son port pittoresque et ses quais bordés de cafés et restaurants ou les visiteurs aiment flâner.
La ville,tout en hauteur,possèdent des vieux quartiers charmants avec un élégant hôtel de ville du 17e siecle qui s'ouvre sur une place ombragée ou les Cassidains aiment venir "prendre le frais" les soirs d'été en jouant aux boules.

Un beau paysage, le jeu des contrastes que nous offrent les nuages, les couleurs des maisons dans le port, et la composition si bien réussi grâce à l'utilisation des deux navires pour encadrer la scène ... Je pense que est-ce une bonne idée atteint, bien conçu et construit ...

Hi Ghislaine.

what a mix of colors you caught on this one, with Cassis and it's colorful houses really contrasting with the clouded sky.

I love this atmosphere with the low clouds in the sky filtering partially the light.

I would love to have an approached plan to have some more details on the beautiful houses that border the bay. The mix of traditional and modern boats is another nice point in your photo.

splendida panoramica sul porto di Cassis, la Costa Azzurra è uno di quei luoghi che vorrei quanto prima visitare. Mi piacciono tutte queste case colorate che si affacciano sul porto, e le due barche in primo piano a far quasi da sentinelle.
Per poi finire con quel cielo che sembra tridimensionale.

Elle est joli , vette vue de ce pittoresque port- de Cassis . Mais ce qui me frappe le plus , c'est le contraste entre la lumière assez faible dans l'avant plan , et les lumineuses trouées bleues dans ce ciel magnifique ./

this is a lovely view into the harbour and waterfront of the beautiful picturesque town. The sense of depth is amazing, the inclusion of the sides of the two boats was a great idea. The sky is wonderful and dramatic ovet the peaceful town and harbour, it enhances the depth and offers a fascinating contrast. Une belle présentation de ce port avec la distance dans l'eau qui donne beaucoup de profondeur. Le très beuc iel nuageux ajoute à la composition et permet une luminosité attrayante.

Très bien présentée cette station balnéaire et tous ces bateaux qui bordent le plan d'eau. Bel éclairage malgré un ciel nuageux et parfait rendu des couleurs.J'allais oublier la perspective qui est excellente.

the boats on either side of the picture frame the scene very well. the buildings and boats in the centre are composed perfectly under a very atmospheric sky and wonderful clouds. excellent depth of field.

Un petit port dont j'ai pu goûter les charmes pendant quinze mois, il y a déjà un certain temps, et où je passe parfois encore maintenant. Belle vue agréable avec des nuages pas très communs par ici. Excellentes lumière, couleurs, netteté et profondeur. Bravo.

Bonjour Ghislaine,

avec ou sans soleil, ces petits ports méditerranéens illuminent de leurs couleurs le paysage.
Ici, les contrastes sont exacerbés.

je préfère de loin cette photo à ta suivante, pas besoin de HDR pour obtenir de superbes couleurs, et ici, elles ne manquent pas.Le port est joli comme tout, et le ciel est splendide.
