Unique Atmosphere of Paris, a photo from Ile-de-France, North

Photographer's Note

The schedule of our 6-day bus tour had 2 days and 2 nights in Paris (in the Manhattan Hotel), after a day of driving thru Poland (without excursion), a night in the Park Hotel, Żagań, West Poland, a day in Berlin, and a drive thru Germany and Belgium to Paris during the next night. The second day after arriving in Paris might be spent in the city or in Normandy. Then, during a day we were in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, spent a night in our bus going to the Czech Republic, where we had a day for Prague and driving back to Poland for a night stop in a hotel and transit to Ukraine.

Usually, every day we had one survey outing, which was included into the tour price and several additional excursions for additional money. This picture was taken, when we had a survey outing thru Notre Dame de Paris , Musée du Louvre, Les Invalides, so on, and, of course, the tower that you can see in the picture.

The picture was taken from the Palais de Chaillot at the Trocadéro (see the map with clicking on the "Map: view" option).

Hello Sergiy,

A superb photo of this full view of Eiffel tower . I like the people underneath the tower as well as in the foreground. Nice view of the city too. A well balanced composition with sharpness and colors.

this was wonderful trip. We were the same spot. Paris has a special, unique atmosphere. I think that everybody who visited, have the same opinion. Beautiful POV and great natural colors, perfect management of light and colors. Awesome !!!. Perfectly well done.

A visit in Paris without to take a few photos of Eiffel tower it would be a half thing :)
I like the point of view and the inclusion of the other tourists in the foreground,nice natural colors and good lighting as well,

Wow, the schedule like from the movies If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium. But even they had more time! And nights in the bus are so tiring.. How you still found time to make photos :).
Famous place, of course, and wonderfully presented. I like the composition with terraces of Trocadero, tourists, and Champs de Mars. Stunning sharpness, good colours.

Hello Sergiy, Beautiful and I thought you could only phonograph churches ;) I like this, a little different to the images we usually see of the Eiffel Tower, the tourists in the FG create interest without taking the main focus away from the imposing & famous structure in the BG. A beautiful & interesting image with atmosphere, your first class work is again very evident here, compliments

It is a good position to frame the mega tower, seem the landmark icon is never alone since many tourists are attracted by it, cloudy sky and soft sunlight add extra effect to the scene, thanks for sharing an impressive Paris view.

Hi Sergiy,
Eiffel tower is a frequent guest on TE, but as macjake once said: everybody should have it in his gallery without it the gallery is not complete...
So I have even two pictures of Effel tower in my gallery both taken from a very similar POV to yours :)
Sadly you did not have the best weather. Same with me.
But this is such an important place that it does not matter. The day seems kind of gloomy.

You chose a wonderful angle for take the Eifel tower.
Not the classic picture but a picture with alot details.
Excellent panorama view in background.

This is a nicely composed shot of the Eiffel Tower. The inclusion of the deck and people in the foreground adds depth for the scene. The off center placement of the tower is nice giving the shot a sense of direction.

Wonderful composition in which we can see the pride splendidly image of the tower, here we can admire a beautiful cloudy sky that stands out more.
A magnificent place that gives you a good overview of the city, I like this nice color and good light softened by clouds.
Marathon journey that you have made in 6 days, we are thousands of miles and many contrasts in the different countries, we will see good pictures of this tour.

I just returned from a long trip that ended in Mosku and you also are now traveling and in what way!!
To be in Paris and to take this photo is a must,but coming from you I would have expected Notre Dame imaginative capture with great colors
Good idea to add people at the FG going at the Trocadero to shot it

Phew ! What an itinerary ! Makes one dizzy ! Rather different from your cycling holidays, wasn't it ?
This is a great capture of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero.
Very impressive POV, considering the height and comparing it to the depth of field of the Champ de Mars (seen through the arch), which is impressive itself, on its own.
Great Sharpness and naturtal colours.
