Photographer’s Note
Visiting Europe, I try to get some shots of jobs that are long gone here in America. My grandfather as been a butcher for 40 years. In his cranky old ways he talks about the destruction of the profession and the demise of quality today. So typical grandfather stuff!
I took the picture to let him know that there are still those that practice his trade.
