My humble contribution to the theme of Breton yellow buoys. Our friends JCG and PixelTerror have already uploaded their versions, so now there are three entries in this theme and it can be seen online...

Taken at the Emerald coast, not far from Saint-Malo and Dinard, at the longest day of the year 2008...

looks like this yellow buoy is travelling a lot these days !!
Now exactly at the crossing of 1/3rd lines, she should stay in place for good !

Hello Alexander,
The splash of yellow offered by buoy makes a superb contrast with the dominant cool tones of sea and sky. It is well placed in the frame and makes a pleasing juxtaposition with the rocks in the mid distance. Superb natural looking colours and excellent sharpness.

Well, Alexander,
apart from the yellow buoy we have posted a very similar photo by chance! (:-) I can see here the typical colours of Bretagne yet they are very intense like in mine: comme il faut.
Perhaps Baudelaire's poem is more fit to this sea.

The French West coast is alway a very nice place for a good stroll, always a lot wind .
Technical very well picture, good composition, lovely white waves on the beach.
