Photographer’s Note

Dangeau Eure et Loir Department - 783 inhabitants - Altitude 136 meters - Paris 129 km.

Church Saint Pierre, Roman architecture of the 12th century restored in 1948, we can see the slightly tilted twisted bell-tower.
A carpark of surrounds the church, it is impossible to have more released sight.
I am positioned in front of the restaurant Le Relais de la Poste which dates from the 15th century, the roof was destroyed recently by a storm.

Très belle présentation de cet édifice relgieux avec unn excellent cadrage et de belles couleurs chaudes qui ressortent bien sous ce ciel bleu.
Dommage pour les voitures mais tu ne pouvais évidemment pas exiger qu'on les enlève...

magnifique photo d'une magnifique église. Dommage d'avoir un parking si près d'une aussi belle construction!.
Un cloneur fou pourrait passer du temps à les supprimer mais d'un autre côté c'est la vie.

Only two images this time Didi?! :D Town planners have no consideration for photographers when they build their car parks outside buildings we want to photograph! :D
It is a beautiful old church with the semi-circular apse that is so typical. The bell tower looks as if it is from a totally different style. Good light and of course a good stitch!

Bien que de style roman classique, voilà une église qui sort de l'ordinaire par la forme de son clocher restauré, ainsi que par le choix des matériaux utilisés, qui contrastent beaucoup avec les tons chauds des murs et de la toiture...La lumière est vraiment très belle... Belle réalisation.

Bonsoir très cher,
Ha ces vieilles pierres à l'abris des quelles on doit pouvoir savourer un peu de fraicheur. L'édifice est très impressionant car très massif et quelle toiture(je n'ai pas dit voitures même si j'ai reconnu la tienne)! Le style et sa couleur ressort bien sur ce beau ciel. On dirait d'ailleurs que le fenetrier jaloux du couvreur s'est lui aussi laché en exposant ici tout son catalogue avec toutes les dimensions possibles!
Une bien belle église en tout cas, le tout dit avec des fleurs...heu des pancartes, je suis sous le charmes ;-)

la présence inévitable des voitures ne diminue pas la qualité et la beauté de cette prise, dans laquelle l'église et son clocher intéressant jouent une scène splendide.
Un équilibre parfait de la lumière et des ombres sur l'architecture de l'édifice ajoutent un plus de qualité et beaucoup de graphisme à la composition, dans un bon stitch.

Si tu gare ta voiture sur le parking de l'église elle ne sera jamais dégagée :-).

Cette église a beaucoup de caractère. J'aime cette architecture sobre mais de grande qualité. Les proportions sont idéales. Le clocher est assez inattendu mais donne un plus à l'ensemble.

Excellent stitch! It is really too bad that there is a car park around a beautiful old church. It almost seem sacrilegious to me. The lighting is excellent and the cloud helps with the strong light conditions.

En effet, il était bien difficile d'isoler ces voitures en stationnement. La beauté architecturale de l'ensemble permet toutefois d'estomper les véhicules des temps modernes.

j'aime les teintes de couleur des vieilles pierres et des tuiles...

The old stone walls attract attention with fine details in the large windows, the restored tower really stands out from the rest of the building in quite a different style...

Trés belle église. Je te crois pour le Roman, mais les fenêtres sont indéniablement gothiques. La couleur chaude beige-brun des murs et du toit sont trés agréables à l'oeil. Mais dommage qu'il y ait tant e voitures autour.

c'est si intéressant: parfois seulement 2 photos sont assez pour un "stitch" excellent! Et parfois peut-être même 20 ne sera pas assez! Je me demande pourquoi, de quoi il dépend...
J'apprécie toujours des compositions dans vos photos.
Concernant cette photo, j'ai trouvé une juxtaposition curieuse du grand nuage dans le ciel et le grand "corps" de l'église: ils s'équilibrent très bien!
Mais en tout cas, c'est une photo intéressante d'une belle église :)
