Photographer’s Note

Another picture of the beautiful Charente river at high tide. The light was very low, as the sun was just coming. I'm not sure it was sufficient, but I didn't want to push too much the levels.

Beaucoup de douceur, une nouvelle fois sur la Charente, une très belle lumière et une côté un peu magique apporté par le brume.
C'est très bien vu!!

superbe, le petit banc de brume est la cerise sur le tourteau ! ton cadrage à raz de l'eau avec cete touffe d'herbe est ideal. des couleurs douces et nunacée, une jolie toile

A beautiful soft picture of this lovely morning scene. I like the low contrast which helps to create the atmosphere of this time of the day when the mist is still rising. The composition is good, with the clump of grasses, and the reflections. Are those fishing huts on the river bank?
