Photographer’s Note
Some façades on the Place des Halles in Niort, Deux-Sèvres. Had to crop the bottom part due to parked vehicles.

Hi Stephen
Good that you left some breathing space either side of the imposing building. Excellent sharpness, colour & pov. I like the contrast between the Tudor style lattice work at right & plainer facade at left. Tfs!

Hello Stephen,
I think I would lie if I say that I recognize it. But it is very familiar and meets my impression of the south western region of France. The styles of architecture under that sun is something I have often seen in various summer vacations there. Excellent mixture in good light.

Hello Stephen,
I think that you very well did with the crop to beneath, cars are almost always disturbing.
We can see three different construction styles, three different facades on one picture, this is very well, also the sharpness and clarity be superb.
Best regards,
John.

Hello Stephen. The photo lines up into your gallery of worth seeing buildings. You describe the problem of the parking cars. But with a photo in a city one has always something disturbing in the picture. It would not disturb me, if the cars in the picture were to be seen. Same applies to electrical lines, people etc.. It is interesting that the houses in the photo have so different architectural styles. Best regards, Wolfgang.
