Nice view, but you could've posted bigger picture insted of enlarging the frame. I'd prefer to see better the scene indeed than white-big-spot.

belle vue paisible sur la Rochelle , tu as eu de la chance , le ciel a mis sa plus belle parure pour l'occasion .
Tu as bien mis en valeur ce tableau idyllique .

Hello Rejean,
very nice colours showing the quiet evening time... I like the composition. The high building (cathedral?) looks majestic against the evening sky coloured by the setting sun.
I'd prefer the image to be a bit sharper but that's my humble opinion :)
As for the WS version, I like it, too, but in my opinion, they emphasize different objects. So I can't decide which is better.

PS. I've never been to La Rochelle and know it only through A. Dumas' novels :)
