13 années de travaux ... et prés de 3 millions d'euros, avant que cette belle église ne ré-ouvre ses portes !
Un vrai chemin de croix ...

Toute pimpante à l'extérieur comme à l'extérieur, elle attire maintenant, au coeur de la ville et le long du canal Maubec, les touristes comme les Rochelais, tout émus de revoir enfin leur belle église.

J'aime beaucoup la lumière de tes photos d'intérieur.

You made excellent use of the light here, Aline. The man silhouetted against the bright altar (looking upward, suitably for church), his long shadow making a nice compositional element. The paintings at right have a certain glow to them (maybe helped out by some postprocessing? ;-) ) And the chairs make a nice rhythmic pattern in the sunlight. It was the perfect time for the shot.
