Next translation may be more exact:

Tintin: And now, Captain, could you tell me finally where we go?
Captain Haddock: to Saint-Nazaire!"

Nice idea to get it.

St Nazaire is a dynamic city, some humoristic publicity like that one, can make it more attractive!
I am not an expert, but i think that your translation is right.
