Photographer's Note
A new picture in my collection about new buildings in Nantes ! Here is Tripode B, one of the new buildings on the site of Tripode, a former complex of administrative buildings that was destroyed a few years ago because of asbestos. This high energetic performance building has 11 floors. It hosts Résidétapes, a residence that aims at answering to temporary needs of accomodation for young people (young workers, training youngs, youngs in search of job, trainees, etc...) that can hardly find what they need on the standard accomodation market (house owners are very demanding in France so young people often have difficulty to find accomodation). There are nine such residencies in France (the first one was built in Créteil near Paris in 2003). They are managed by Resideo, a social development group. The residence in Nantes has 136 small tenements and a few collective services (laundromat, luggage room, bicycles park, etc...). The residence also has a social advisor to help the young occupants to start in their professional life.

bonjour olivier

Beautiful bit of graphism here, Olivier, with a richly colored building in good light. The presence of the man at lower right is perfect, adding a focal point to the tilted composition. Thanks!

Olivier

Hi Olivier
like this! A superbly composed and cropped shot that has wonderful symmetry and diagonals, but what makes it work for me is the lone human element. He is perfectly placed too so that he does not dominate the image but just adds to it so sublimely. Original and intriguing imagery! Well done my friend!
Enjoy your Sunday - regards Brian.

hello Olivier

Bien amicalement,
Josep

Hello Olivier,
These diagonal facade makes these picture very attractive.
One man in the open window is the real eye cather between the alot windows.
Excellent composition, good presentation too.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John.
