Life of castle
Which does remain castle ? there remain nothing any more as regards furniture, curios, hangings and other vestiges of the last times... Then, these beautiful white stones dealt with the Loire, qu'on explains you into broad, longitudinally, and transversely all with length d'un course spectacle...
Life with the castle:
The keep. Generally, it is round. It constitutes the residence seigneuriale and includes common rooms, rooms, library and room of work. No wall measures less than 2.80 m d epaissor, most massive exceeding 5 m, and even 7.50 m at the base.
The large room and meals. The feastdays, the lord organized large banquets. Several tables were thus installed in the large room. The family of the lord and the hosts of mark ate on the table d honnor higher than those of the others. The guests of mark were then been useful in plates d'or or d'argent, while the others put their food on large stale bread sections. The festivals
the lords organized festivals regularly, at least hundred days in l'année. Each event in the family of the lord (baptism, birth, engagement, marriage and even death) was a good occasion to prepare a festival. One invited all the relationship and some vassal or friendly. These days, one placed all around d'un large banquet and one put his more beautiful clothing. After the meal, the men invited the women for a step of dance while the musicians played of their favorite instrument. During summer, it practically did not have a bus all were occupied either with the agricultural work, or with the war or to train military. On the contrary, during winter, they tried to make last the festivals as that of Christmas qu'on could celebrate during twelve days.

Belle photo Philippe. Il faut absolument que je me déplace pour découvrir le Val de Loire. L'année prochaine peut-être quand je serai à la retraite. J'irai en bâteau. En attendant, merci pour la note et la photo, je continuerai à rêver.

Les châteaux de la Loire ont vraiment l'air magnifiques. Dommage qu'il ne reste rien à visiter à l'intérieur. La très belle lumière révèle ici les angles de ces façades, leur donnant du relief. Le cadrage légèrement en contre-plongée avec ce chemin qui y mène lui donne la stature qu'il mérite. Très belle composition et note des plus intéressantes et instructive! Merci.

Wow...this is very very good. The light is excellent an dthe shadows add so much to the overall impact of the picture. As usual, your composition is superb especially the addition of those short posts.

Very nice framing, with the path curving up the hill. The position of the castle in the photo is very nice too. The blue sky completes the great photo.

La route nous mène jusque dans la cour où nous pouvons apprécier la belle architecture de ce château , tu as la gentillesse de nous laisser entrevoir la Loire et le soleil est de la partie. Il me semble même qu'un (banc?) est là pret à nous tendre les bras après la visite. Que de prévenances pour les membres de T.E. Merci pour tant de délicatesses ;-).

Jolie composition pour présenter la vie au chateau, un choix d'angles peu commun mais un bon choix !
les couleurs et les details sont magnifiques et en plus je vois un peu de ma Loire donc tout va bien ;-)

Tiens comme on se retrouve !
Voici une image cadrée avec un certain recul par rapport à la mienne dont le cadrage était plus serré.
Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance ce jour là que le château soit peu fréquenté du public, d'habitude il y a foule ici.
J'apprécie la courbe de l'allée qui passe par un point fort et cela nous guide vers l'entrée.
L'éclairage latéral donne un certain relief attrayant à la composition.

Now here is what I call a superb composition. Wonderful how the curving path leads the eye into the scene - towards the old castle that is so well positioned in the frame. I like a lot the light and the resulting play of shadows, and as usual in your outdoor shots the colors are a joy to see. A really admirable result, and again accompanied by an outstanding note. Belle composition avec ce chemin qui nous amène vers un festin d'antan. C'est vraiment dommage, que ce chateau soit nu à l'intérieur.
L'angle de prise de vue est original pour nous faire apprécier cette beautée du bord de Loire.

La composition est excellente : l'oeil a tendence à suivre le chemin, d'abord de droite à gauche, puis de prendre le contour et d'arriver au château. En revanche, les murs de l'avant-plan ne sont pas très jolis. La notice est comme toujours complète.

Very well done, Philippe. The path really draws me into the shot. Great perspective! The castle is beautiful. Great texture and details. And against a beautiful sky. These old places are really beautiful. They dominate the scene like in this but in a gentle way. Very nicely done.

Très bien fait, Philippe. Le chemin me dessine vraiment dans le projectile. Grande perspective ! Le château est beau. Grands texture et détails. Et contre un beau ciel. Ces vieux endroits sont vraiment beaux. Ils dominent la scène comme en cela mais d'une manière douce. Très bien fait

Le chemin dirige le regard vers le château. la prise d evue donne de la profondeur à la photo et elle permet de voir les détails et les couleurs de l'archiecture du château. La photo est claire et précise.
