Photographer's Note
Salt field of Guérande near Batz sur Mer.
As the dark-ages monks did, the salt is still harvested by hand with a simple rake. This high quality salt fits perfectly on grilled meat and the "salt flower" is a worldwide best seller in the chiefs kitchen.
The area is a real shellter and a paradise for swamps wildlife and birds. Just take care to keep this area clean and keep an eye on your feet as nests are hidden in the grass and the "omelette" a sad mistake ^^
