Photographer’s Note

A follow-up on Jean-Michel's post of the day.
The castel of La Roche-Jagu, in the background, is build on the high banks of the Trieux river, in Brittany (please check Jean-Michel's note for more information about the castle).
The Trieux river can be sailed for about 10-15 km, up to the little town of Pontrieux. The river bed suitable for sailing is very narrow (the shores are muddy and water is shallow) so it's important to look out for the marks that indicate where the way is safe. If you are careful, it's a very beautiful and very quiet journey.
