Photographer's Note
Samll work about material and colours with this detail of an old house in the center of Malestroit. Malestroit is a small town (population about 2500), situated on the river Oust, in the east of Morbihan department. The town is known for its medieval centre that has many timbered houses and stoned houses. The charm of Malestroit gave it the label "small character cities of Brittany". Malestroit also houses Breton Resistance museum.

Bonsoir Olivier,
I like this composition very much for its simplicity and for its limited palette of colours.
The different textures come over well, and the image is clear and sharp.
Amicalement,
Peter.

Hello Olivier,
Well observed details that may have gone unnoticed to most people. You made a very good composition of these simple details with very attractie colours and texture.

Hi Olivier,
This is the kind of picture I wish I had taken myself; simple, clean and well composed. Very fine colours and a good observation.
