THE PLACE WHERE MY AUNT'S SOUL WILL LIVE FOREVER.
Strange coïncidence! I had planned to post this photo these days in the theme "the place where I live 6", but on a rather different note.
This is the lake linked to the meadow stream and the fountain of my last posting, captured on a morning when the sun had just risen amongst the clouds.
Today, I dedicate the photo to my aunt who passed away this morning.
She lived near this lake all her life, and it represents all my childhood: the water games with the cousins, the hay-making and the minding of the cows in the meadow, the strawberry-picking in the fields nearby. Such a wonderful rural life that seems to have gone with her.
But, when I pass this lake every morning, I am sure I will see her soul rising amongst the mist.
May she rest in peace!

my condolations! It´s not easy for us to lose somebody we have known and loved for such a long time ... but you´ll never forget her. If you walk along this lake, you will always think about her and about your memories ...
She would have liked this photo, I´m sure.
