30- All Saints in Landerneau Photo

Photographer’s Note

As we are still in All Saints time, when we had gorgeous weather, contrary to the usual saying: "Real All Saints weather", which means a lot of wind and rain, I shall post a few snaps I took during those fine days.
All cities in Brittany are decorated with this special All Saints style: Chrysanthemums are THE flowers related to death, probably because it's the flower that blooms in that period of the year.
This picture was taken in Landerneau, in St Thomas square, just opposite the church of the same name.
I shall try to post a workshop of that church (It will be my first workshop ).
The churh is dedicated to St Thomas of Canterbury and was built in the 16th century . The tower, with 3 balconies, was finished in 1607.

very nice composition with the flowers on the stone wall.
The colors are intense and dominate the grey wall excellent.

Eh dire que nous sommes en automne, on ne dirait pas. Une belle photo haute en couleurs au pays d'Edouard (Leclerc...). Bon cadrage et beau contraste avec les arbres derrière le mur.
Belle photo complémentaire sur ce grand clocher sur fond de ciel bleu. Je vois que tu as bien compris la manoeuvre. Bravo pour cette publication et merci pour la note intéressante.

Il est bien concevable que cette beauté florale a pu repousser le mauvais temps!
Les plantes colorées déposées sur la pierre antique; une combinaison gagnante!
