Wild Brittany, a photo from Bretagne, West

Photographer's Note

Same place as yesterday in that picture but I took the scene closer from the shore. This is the Kerlouan lighthouse, in the village where my father was born. I guess I spent countless sundays afternoon walking in that area and enjoying the sea and the wind. I just still love that place as much as before.

I tried to present the same kind of mood as in that picture taken not too far in the south of Kerlouan. Do you feel the wind in spite of these late rays of sun ???

Another great picture. I can't decide, which one is better -- either this one or that from yeasterday. Both have the same excellent colours, impressive atmosphere and perfect composition. Your formula apparently works. Congratulations!

The partial lighting that lights up the rocks and the light-house are giving the contrasting effect against the glommy environment.
The dramatic feeling of this image is very good, too.

THis is really beautiful! Colors, contrasts,brightness...anything else are all wonderfully composed. I particularlylike the brightened up rocks and the strong and powerful clouds. Really fantastic image.

I like this picture but comparing the two pictures I think i like the composition of yesterday's.

yesterdays was very striking compositionaly and today is great, but more for the balanced colors.

Entre les deux mon coeur balance.
Je jette donc mon dévolu sur celle-ci.
Une magnifique composition sous ciel dramatique, mon rêve !
La lumière sélective est apprréciable et c'est ce genre de photos qui m'attire.
L'exposition est bien calculée malgré les risques de surex sur ce genre de luminosité.
