Photographer's Note

The Villa " Les Roches Brunes " is built between 1893 and 1896 for the Parisian fashion designer Emile Poussineau. Raised, on a steep relief, in the foreland of Malouine, she becomes the symbolic sentinel of Dinard " Perle de la Côte d' Emeraude ".
In the sphere of influence of the present varied styles in the period, his neo-classic shape reflects faithfully the principles of the seaside architecture.
In 2007, April 17th exactly, Paul Braud owner of this property of exception, offer in Dinardais.
In the background, we distinguish the city of Saint-Malo.

Dinard is a commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in north-western France.

Dinard is on the Côte d'Émeraude of Brittany. Its beaches and mild climate make it a popular holiday destination, and this has resulted in the town having a variety of famous visitors and residents.



La Villa "Les Roches Brunes" est construite entre 1893 et 1896 pour le couturier parisien Emile Poussineau. Dressée, sur un relief escarpé, à la pointe de la Malouine, elle devient la sentinelle emblématique de Dinard "Perle de la Côte d'Emeraude".
Dans la mouvance des styles variés présents à l'époque, sa forme néoclassique reflète fidèlement les principes de l'architecture balnéaire.
En 2007, le 17 Avril exactement, Paul Braud propriétaire de ce bien d'exception, l'offre aux Dinardais.
