Photographer’s Note

It is the color and the brilliance of the typical houses that you notice when we arrive in Perigord.
The clear limestone is indeed characteristic of the Black Perigord, including Sarlat.
The color of the facades hesitate between the blond and ochred, and even more after the rain (as here): magic!
The tall flower houses, the small streets, the yellow stones form a superb historic decor, and we understand that Sarlat is the natural setting of many films.
