Nice shot Stephane;

Excellent composition, perfect choice in exposure, sharp detail and rich yet natural color. With that wide angle, it must have been a struggle not to get the tripod legs in the frame!
Have you ever thought about correcting the lens distortion to give you a level horizon (vs rounded)?

Wonderful light, but the rounded horizon caught my eye immediatly aswell. PTLens, a free photoshop plugin will take care of it within a few seconds.

This is a compelling shot, exquisitely conceived and masterfully implemented. The very slow shutter speed has helped in producing an image evocative of a gaseous sea on the surface of a distant planet. Warm regards,

Hi Stephane,
A great wide angle shot of sunset brightly lighted and with such a low speed to get this effect of the sea!
The picture is in great sharpness and I like the distortions created!
A clean presentation is a tight black frame!
