During a long hike between Bidart and Hendaye (south west of France, near Spain), I took this picture from the "pointe Sainte Barbe", near Saint Jean de Luz. You can the three sea walls built during the 19th century to protect the city from the enemy and the storms.
The light was not very good.

I don't think the light has been very bad or at least you really made the most of it. Even though there is slight haziness in the air one can still see quite well the shore on the horizon. Very well chosen POV for this picture and nicely composed all the elements. Very good sharpness and pretty colors too.
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your day
