Yes, that is some beautiful piece of photography, Alexandre. The dark clouds contrast brilliantly with the silhouette of the castle and thus make the photo more powerful in its character; this castle seem to be very strong as well.

Ton travail sur la lumière est particulièrement bon sur cette photo. Les couleurs sont magnifiques et la pierre est bien mise en valeur.
Très bon contraste également avec ce ciel orageux.

Moment rare que nous offre la nature parfois,la tonalité de la pierre est magnifique,ce ciel trés sombre et dramatique colle bien avec l'epoque du chateau,bravo pour ce cliché d'un des + beau chateau de dordogne.bon dimanche,

C'est une trèrs belle prise de ce chateau. L'ambiance produite par la lumièreet le ciel sombre est magnifique, vraiment extraordinaire. Bravo

Hi Alexandre - magnificent view with perfect contrast and colours, just excellent. The rest of your gallery is equally impressive, this is the first time I see them. I would add your gallery to my favourites but TE allows only 50 members and mine is full at the moment.

Bonjour Alexandre,
C'est toujours le même plaisir de parcourir ta gallerie.
Ici le château est éclairé d'une lumière chaude et le contraste avec le ciel sombre est étonnant et superbe.
J'aurais préféré une note plus détaillée sur le contexte (l'histoire du château ?).
La netteté est excellente et on voit clairement les détails de la pierre.
J'aime la composition avec le château dans la partie supérieure, qui domine le village.
Bravo !

Salut Alexandre. Très belle cette photo avec cette lumière particulière qui donne sa puissance au chateau devant ce ciel menaçant. C'est ce qu'on appelle saisir la lumière au bon moment. Bravo, Pascal.

Another image with such stunning lighting captured - I just love the sun when it sets against a dark and daunting sky like this one. Especially here with this old 'cold' castle before it, as if the sun is trying its best to offer it some last light and heat before darkness sets. Wonderful!
