Photographer’s Note
When they take off from the water, swans have to run on the water for a while? The air in their feather makes a special noise, so I was alerted that a swan intend to take off. I was lucky to have it full frame, with a slow speed (blurred wings) but with the panning, all the rest is sharp.
Picture taken in the Certes reserve at the back of the Arcachon bay.

Salut Claude,

Dag Claude,
A really masterpiece. In this case I think, thanks to the imperfection of the technique. The almost impossible circumstances gives the movement in the wings and the recognition in the head and neck of the swan. The reflection into the water gives the image an extra impressionistic touch.
Congratulations with this fine result.

Hi Claude,
Excellent capture of the bird in moviment. I like the great contrast with the black background.
Greetings

Salut Claude,

J'aime bien,
