This must be a nice scene, but somehow it doesn't work. The photo is too dark, all but one of the faces of the people are not visible. It would be better if you do a repost, and make more details visible in the darker area's. It won't be easy, because the photo has an ISO of less then 100.
You also might want to have a look at the vertical lines, too get them straight you could rotate the photo, and if that doesn't work; try using ShiftN. (freeware, simple to use)
