Esta imagen fue tomada desde una de las terrazas de la Aiguille du Midi. Al fondo a la derecha se puede ver parte de las Grandes Jorasses de 4.208 m. de altura. Desde este lugar también se divisa el Monte Rosa y el Cervino, aunque algo difíciles de localizar por las nubes que se movían constantemente.

Algunas especies de pájaros han conseguido aclimatarse a estas alturas, como la chova piquigualda, los lagópodos, el acentor alpino y el gorrión alpino.

Las chovas se acercan amigablemente para que les eches de comer.

This image was taken from one of the terraces of the Aiguille du Midi. At bottom right you can see part of the Great Jorasses of 4208m. high. From this place also can see the Monte Rosa and the Matterhorn, though somewhat difficult to locate by the clouds that were constantly moving.

Some species of birds have been able to acclimate to the elevations, such as Yellow-billed Chough, the ptarmigan, the sparrow and the sparrow alpine skiing.

The Yellow-billed choughs friendly approach to throw them food.
