I like the colors and the framing. I think you have chosen a perfect time to take the shot but i find a bit distracting the footsteps on the left corner :).

Je n'aime pas trop cette ville moderne implantée au bord du magnifique parc de la Vanoise mais cette photo est très belle avec des couleurs et une composition plus que parfaite,encore bravo.

I like the vantage point you chose for this shot, with the creek leading the eye to the buildings and mountains. Excellnet job with the long exposure time, the water looks absolutely smooth. Nice timing for the blue hour, and a well-managed light, giving your shot very pretty colours.
