Magma, in the night Photo

Photographer’s Note

Quite the same POV of the previous post about the old oak and the valley of Grenoble, this time we are in the full dark of the night, the oak's illumination is provided by my friend Vittorio with his powerful flash (Metz 45CT4) handled in manual mode.
The image don't have great quality, I'm sorry.

Here you can view us in a strange but interesting image obtnained from the digital camera of Fabrizio (sbrizio), from the left side me, Vittorio and sbrizio, an interesting ghost in the night effect.

Hi Vinicio,
Excellent sequel for the blue hour version. Light on the tree gives an efficient 3D effect as only the front leaves are lit. And I like the green stripe of light on the ground. Lights of the city dispersing in the sky make a nice, although slightly grainy, dark brown carpet to the sky.

esta toma nocturna también es buena y muy agradable a la vista. Normalmente las fotos tomadas a la hora azul, como en tu anterior post tienen una luz muy bonita, pero las que se toman en plena noche, si están bien realizadas como la tuya, son también magníficas.
Me gusta la iluminación en el árbol con el flash, mientras disfrutamos de las luces de Grenoble abajo en el valle con esos bellos tonos dorados.

Supongo que tienes razón en que la calidad es algo menor que en otras fotografías tuyas, pero consigues crear un ambiente muy agradable, y las fotografías también son eso.
Es una fotografía distinta pero muy bonita.
La foto de la cámata de Fabrizio realmente original...

Questa la preferisco decisamente all'altra! c'è decisamente una qualità superiore, e di molto, e una composizione stupenda con l'albero aprzialmente illuminato e che da un pò di "senso" all'immagine e ci fa anche capire le dimensioni.
ottima esposizione, colori e POV.
il ws è un esperimento ben riuscito! veri fantasmi!

Good point of view, and above all a fine composition!
This point of view works very well, and the exposure is very well done...
Good diagonal in the composition, which is well balanced... And I am not able to make up my mind about the use of flash here, I would love to see a shot without it...

Vinicio , come puoi facilmente immaginare , preferisco questa versione notturna , ha un'atmosfera più suggestiva , buoni i colori e l'inquadratura anche la qualità non poi malaccio , ho visto anche "a strange but interesting image" , accidenti questa si che mi richiama alla mente storie e immagini su lupi mannari e compagnie varie....... comunque un bell'effetto .
Complimenti a te e naturalmente anche al nostro Vittorio e a Fabrizio.

Greetings Vinicio.
The perspective you have seen here is great...looking down upon the city does look like rivers of magma. I really like the lighting upon the clouds above, a little brown and golden. The flash is an interesting effect, though i think its white light takes away a little from the overall composition. I believe a more mellow (er, yellow) light, maybe a flashlight, would have worked a little better.
