Very intersting composition of the narrow streets in Lyon! i really like the presence of the people on stairs and the excellent BG..perspective and depth make this picture very attractive! the light, clarity and sharpness are splendid as usual! good job

Pas facile de gérer ces différences de luminosité dans ces rues étroites (j'ai souffert aussi à Menton!). Tu t'en es quand même bien sort ici. Cette photo me ramène au moins 40 ans en arière (le temps passe vite!) quand j'ai arpenté maintes et maintes fois ces escaliers lors de mes années d'étudiant....nostalgie!

Pas toujours facile de bien exposer une ruelle lorsqu'il le fort contraste avec un ciel clair.Ici c'est réussi avec des détails dans les ombres et avec un ciel qui n'est pas brulé.

tiens ça me dit quelque chose ça! encore un chouette cadrage grand angle avec des diagonales partout et un couple qui humanise la scène. Les contrastes ont pas dû être évidents à gérer...

Still really good quality photo, but after seeing so many of your wonderful images of spectacular places, this seem a bit average, if you know what I mean. We come to expect amazing landscape :) I know, it is hard to live up to expectation sometimes.

Narrow alley is always an intriguing subject in photography as it conveys the charm and character of the typical old town as displayed here. Superb framing, depth and the 'feel' in lovely pastel colors, the shadows further add the atmospehere with good sense of proportion A win shot. Well done

what i really enjoy about this photo is how the subjects seem to "fall" down into the bottom of the frame...its a real interesting visual effect.
perhaps its the downward steps and closed-in walls on each side that make it feel that way.
