Photographer’s Note
A slightly different view from the Saint-Georges footpath that links the Ainay area to the old Lyon. What I liked here was the different lines and perspectives coming out of the 10-20...

Bonjour, Philippe,

Philippe,
Nice use of lines and angles to create a very complex photo. The waterline lades the eye through the shot nicely with the bride, steps and cables creating contrasting lines. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and DOF.

Bonjour Philippe,
This is a beautiful shot, very well composed, I like the use fo the steps to lead our vision in under the arch of the bridge and beyond. the vertical format really give a tremendous depth to the view. great sharpness and clarity, very beautiful light and the color also beautiful and natural. I like it. Thanks.

Hi Philippe,
nice perspective and POV of this footpath in Lyon.I like the good placement of the bridge in the frame, as the excellent management of the light and the colours too.Really the use of a wide lens creates different and creative perspectives like this one.Well done.
Have a nice afternoon,Danos

Salut Philippe,

You're right.....the WA has accentuated the perspective beautifully. In the horizontal plane like here, I like the effect, but vertical distortion bugs the life out of me for some reason. The lead-in work of the river's edge is aided by the bridges as we are led all the way to the vanishing point. Well done

Hello Philippe,
Bien vu !

Bonjour monsieur Philippe
Fine use of line of the path & perspective here. I might have cropped the horizontal line in the FG...no? Great clear blue sky & fine contrast with the red of the bridge! Good work!
Best regards
Angshu
