Photographer’s Note

Still on the "Dent du Geant" in the Mt Blanc range, it is a view of the most used climbing way to reach the summit. On this face, there is a big ropes to help for the climbing.
In the middle of this face, you could see a red climber.

Superbe contre plongée sur la Dent du Géant. Je n'ai jamais eu l'occasion d'y grimper, mais ta photo donne scrément envie!

Belle image qui traduit bien l'ambiance de cette face. Je garde le souvenir d'une belle escalade, pas vraiment difficile et que j'ai d'autant plus appréciée que c'était ma première course après un accident de montagne quatre mois auparavant. Dans ta note, tu as oublié de dire que ce que l'on voit, c'est pas le sommet: la pointe Graham, elle est derrière! ;o)

Looks easy but exciting. What's the grade for this climb? Awesome shot with excellent exposure(colour and risk). The climber looks tiny above the wall and the rope is a nice line to follow with the eyes. Great work Yves.

trouvé ! j'ai trouvé l'alpiniste mais je n'irai pas le chercher ;o).... Ton cadrage est bien vu et accentue le côté impressionnant de la roche. Bravo.
